We are proud to offer a 24-month limited warranty.
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
To make a claim under this warranty, please provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue to our customer service team. If we determine that the issue is covered by this warranty, we will replace the product at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, improper care, or accidental damage. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, mishaping, or fading.
Cutting the leather too short is not covered and you'll just have to find a skinny recipient and get yourself a new leather, so ensure to take care and follow instructions on how to cut the belt to the perfect length.
The buckles are high quality nickel and zinc alloy, check for allergies before purchasing.
Refunds are not given for change of mind. Any postage costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
