Returns & Refunds

 We are a small four person Australian company and it's imperative our customers are satisfied with our products and our service, so we will endeavour to ensure you are a satisfied customer at the end of the day.

We have a 12 month limited warranty on the leathers and buckles.

Wear and tear does not fall under this warranty. 

First things first, just contact us directly either phone or email with issues, be ready with proof of purchase and pictures of issue.

Cutting the leather too short is not covered and you'll just have to find a skinny recipient and get yourself a new leather, so ensure to take care and follow instructions on how to cut the belt to the perfect length.

The buckles are high quality nickel and zinc alloy, check for allergies before purchasing.

Refunds are not given for change of mind. Any postage costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
